All our watches are guaranteed to be brand-new and 100% authentic. Each watch comes directly from the manufacturer, and includes the original box with all documentation, unless otherwise noted. We do not sell manufacturer rejects, refurbished timepieces, or inauthentic merchandise.
While we are an authorized retailer for many of the brands on our site (see the full list in the next question), not every brand recognizes us an official merchant. That title often restricts our ability to sell at a discount, but has no bearing on the quality or authenticity of our watches. Fear not, we stand behind our merchandise 100% and offer an official Savvy Watch warranty on all these items.

All watches from the brands above receive the official manufacturer's warranty.
Make an Offer
The Make an Offer tool built into Savvy Watch gives customers the opportunity to propose a lower price on a model. Our sales team carefully considers every offer, with an average response time in less than 24 hours on business days.
Several factors are evaluated to determine whether an offer is reasonable. These factors include, but are not limited to supply and demand, inventory levels, newness, and the popularity of a style. We reserve the right to reject, counter, or revise an offer at any time.
Orders completed through our Make an Offer tool are eligible for return as Savvy Watch store credit only. For returns to qualify, all watches must be unworn and with original packaging.
Savvy Watch is pleased to offer FREE ground shipping on all orders in the Continental US. You may also upgrade to 2nd Day ($24.95) or Next Day Air ($34.95). For shipping cost on international orders, please review the international help content found below.
Yes, but please note that orders to P.O. Boxes, APO’s and FPO’s are required to ship through the US Postal Service only.
We offer same day shipping to all our customers. Our team works hard to ensure all orders received and verified by 3:00 PM EST (M-F) depart that day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST (M-F) and on holidays are processed the next business day. When your order is confirmed and shipped from our distribution center you will be notified via email of the tracking number for your shipment.
Because we pride ourselves in shipping orders quickly, there is a limited amount of time during which we can edit or cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us directly by phone. To modify your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, and specify which watch you would like in exchange.
We require a signature on all packages valued over $300. We also require a signature on all apartments and business deliveries to ensure the package is received. If you would like to request a Signature Confirmation for your package, please contact us at email@example.com or at (877) 399-9282 immediately after placing your order to ensure we process your request.

All international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer two classes of international shipping: Priority ($44.95) or Express ($54.95).
International orders ship within 2-4 business days due to address validation and additional fraud controls. Once your order ships, international priority typically arrives within 6-10 business days. For international express, orders usually arrive in 4-6 business days. When your order is confirmed and shipped from our distribution center you will be notified via email of the tracking number for your shipment. Once your package departs the United States, tracking updates are no longer available through USPS. As long as foreign customs does not hold your package, your order should arrive within the timeframes outlined above.
Not all packages shipped internationally are inspected by foreign customs. However, Savvy Watch is not responsible for additional costs such as duties, VAT, etc. Since customs policies vary from country to country and frequently change, please contact your local customs authority to confirm all potential charges prior to placing an order. Customs charges are levied by your government and are not covered by the cost of shipment from Savvy Watch.
International orders that are refused by customers are non-refundable.
Yes, every Savvy Watch includes a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is valid only at Savvywatch.com.
Our Savvy Watch warranty includes the watch movement and battery replacement. Consistent with any warranty issued direct from the manufacturer, our warranty does not cover the watch case, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by extreme wear, or under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer’s water resistance restrictions. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than SavvyWatch.com voids this warranty.
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Savvy Watch provides a one-year limited warrranty covered from the date of purchase on all timepieces. We warrant that the internal movement mechanisms of every timepiece are free from defects.
Where we are an authorized reseller of a watch, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. In the event that Savvy Watch is not an authorized dealer, the timepiece is covered under this standard one year limited warranty. Savvy Watch disclaims any liability under the manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty is valid only on purchases from Savvy Watches LLC. Our warranty includes the watch movement and battery replacement. The Savvy Watch warranty mirrors that of the manufacturer for each respective brand in that it does not cover the watch case, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by extreme wear and tear, or damage sustained under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer’s water resistance restrictions.
This one year limited warranty does not cover any damage or defects due to intentional or accidental misuse or abuse, loss, theft, or Act of God.
Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Savvy Watch voids this warranty.
All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
If any implied warranty, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particluar purpose, lasts longer than this one year express warranty, the implied warranty is limited to the one year period of this warranty.

Yes, when you first create an Affirm account, Affirm perform a 'soft' credit check to help verify your identity and determine your eligibility for financing. This 'soft' credit check will not affect your credit score.
Affirms tries hard to approve every purchase but sometimes can't approve the full amount. When this happens, Affirm provides a debit card down payment option so that you may still complete your purchase right away.
Affirm sometimes requires additional information to consider a credit application. Such information may include an active checking account, which helps Affirm verify your identity and your ability to repay the requested loan. If they prompt you for this information but you are unable to provide it, Affirm will be unable to approve your credit application.
If you have purchased a watch with a metal bracelet, you may need to remove or add links to the band for the watch to fit your wrist properly. We suggest taking your watch to a respectable local jeweler or watch repair shop for sizing. Expect to pay a small fee for the service, likely no more than $10 to $15. We do not recommend attempting to size the watch on your own. Special tools are usually required, and it is possible you may scratch or damage the watch and bracelet. Savvy Watch will not accept a scratched or damaged watch for return or exchange.
Once the watch has been sized for you, be sure to keep any links that were removed from the band. Occasionally, a watch bracelet may break and it is much easier and affordable to have it repaired with the original links rather than order new ones.
Please note that once a watch has been sized, it may not be returned for refund or exchanged.
